TERMS OF SERVICE

By using BRINK you agree to the following terms. These may be updated over time.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. User responsibility. Every user bears full responsibility for their own actions on the platform, including the content of challenges they create and the actions they take to complete them. Only legal challenges and conduct are permitted.

3. Prohibited conduct. Illegal activity, harm to others, sexually explicit content, hate speech, doxxing, or anything that violates local law is strictly prohibited. Accounts may be terminated for violations.

4. Moderation. BRINK reviews content where possible but makes no guarantee that every submission is caught. Users should not rely solely on moderation to prevent harm.

5. Payments. Deposits, withdrawals and challenge payouts are processed on-chain. Platform fees apply as displayed. Penalties for failing or quitting accepted challenges are applied automatically per platform rules.

6. Liability. BRINK is provided “as is” with no warranties. You participate at your own risk. BRINK is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Disputes. Contact support@onbrink.tv first. Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration.

8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
